Mikayla proudly volunteers frequently for regular queer, arts, and community organizations including:

Mikayla plans to pursue a career in the voluntary sector. She adores seeing the work she completes directly influence and benefit the community. To kickstart this, she has been involved in boards and community service groups for decades helping in direct service delivery and being a leader in the committees and tasks she oversees.
Current studies include Algonquin College's Fundraising and Donor Relations program. She is interested in a masters program in philanthropy.
